We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Inox Holidays, who worked out everything for us for our Dubai trip. They worked with us for several months prior to our trip. The entire team was very responsive and proactive in their approach and accommodated almost everything (stay, travel, food, etc) that we asked for. Singapore Trip: Very well planned. Only thing is to include Garden by the Bay as it is a very good attraction and night light show cannot be missed. With regards to vehicle arrangement the driver was co-operative & a vehicle was brand new so we had a comfortable travelling but since we were not knowing the Malayalam language, driver was finding it difficult to communicate with us…..lol….. As we move on to the stay, in every journey if the stay is not good then the trip cannot be a memorable one, but we had a good stay as well. We appreciate to share our experience of Family Holiday at Sri Lanka during Diwali vacation. First of all i would like to thank you for arranging Holiday Plan in such short time of less then 15 days. Hotels: All the Hotel was great majority was of Cinnemon Group, and Hotel Grant at Nuwara Alia was outstanding. Food: As we are pure Veggi so we didnt get more variety of Veggi food in Hotels but it was good. There are so many south Indian and Indian Food restaurant at Colombo (Sri Vihar, Mathura, Maharaja, Chatneys, flavours Etc) and Even you will find good Indian food at Kendy and Nuwara Alia also. Transportation: Transportation arrangement was excellent, and car and Driver cum Guide was also very well educated and polite. Overall we had great time at Sri Lanka and well planned Holiday.
